Our Faith
1. We believe in the Holy Trinity, who exists in an indissoluble unity, an indissoluble trinity, namely, God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit, one God.
2. We believe in one God, who created, sustains, and governs the visible and invisible, the subtle and the gross, and all that is in them.
3. We believe that our Lord Jesus Christ, who was born of the Father in a distinct body before the world began, and who was born of the Virgin Mary in the flesh without a father, was willingly given for the sins of the whole world, and by His death and resurrection has granted forgiveness of sins and entrance into the kingdom of God through faith in His Name.
4. We believe in the divine work and gifts of the Holy Spirit, who co-exists with the Father and the Son.
5. We believe that the Holy Spirit worked in the days of the prophets and apostles, and will continue to work through the Church today, until the end of the world.
6. We believe that the sixty-six Holy Books (the Bible) are the inerrant, infallible, and inerrant Word of the living God, written in a unique way by God and through men whom He Himself has chosen for this work, under the guidance of the Holy Spirit. They contain the will, purpose, and thoughts of God.
7. We believe that salvation is a manifestation of God's great love, given to all people by grace alone through the death of Jesus Christ on the cross, which we receive through faith alone.
8. Just as we are saved by God's grace alone, we also believe that we should live by His grace.
9. We believe in one Church, a community of the children of the kingdom, founded on the death and resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ, revealed by the descent of the Holy Spirit, gathered by the apostles and living by their teachings.
10. We believe in the bodily resurrection of the dead, in the final judgment of the just and the living at the end of the world.
11. We believe in one baptism, in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit, by which citizens of the kingdom testify to the forgiveness of sins granted to them by Christ, the salvation they receive through faith in him, and their inclusion in the kingdom.
12. We believe in the Lord’s Supper, which reveals our birth from one Father and our membership in one family, and in the Holy Eucharist, which enables us to remember the Lord’s death.
